the shocking news : After officially laid off from filming because the pregnant heroine, Aishwarya Rai seems to take the initiative to do things which he said is true. He decided to return the checks he received as an advance fee for the film.
Rai's decision, however made a lot of people were surprised, including the film heroine. As quoted from apunkachoice.com, Rai think it really should be done considering the film had to bear the losses from the cancellation of her play in it.
"Producer heroine indeed bear the losses arising from the incident. But in fact he (Rai) is not required to return the money he had received," said one source.
"However, now the check has been received," he continued.
Previously, Rai's pregnancy news could make the director angry heroine because Rai had undergone an eight-day filming for the movie. The severity of these films are not possible for a pregnant woman to portray the characters. Therefore, Rai had to be dismissed. Currently, the role played by Rai has been replaced by Kareena Kapoor.
